I am getting marked wrong on a quiz that I created and I am putting in the correct results which I provided. Please see below

I am marked wrong for putting "C" and "D" and in the answer key I put that the correct answer should be "C" and "D" yet I am still getting marked wrong.

Hi there - I have cloned your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue. I got marked correct when I select both "C" and "D" on Question#34.
