What is the best way to do a catering menu which I need to have the calculated $ amounts due on the menu, every week. I can't use payment methods because the customers pay cash when they come and get their menus. The menu changes every week with different prices every week.  I also need to have a detailed submission report every week.  I am having a hard time finding the right template.  Can you help me?

    Hi @fsavoie61

You could use a Purchase Order widget:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order

It has all the features you would find in a payment form, without any payment integration. You could update prices every week and have submission reports logging in to your account.

Please let us know if you need any further information.

Ok thank you. I have tried that but when it comes to go get my submission report once a week, I can’t have a column for each dish I sold. There all in the same cell. I need to have the total of each and every dish I sold. And I also need separetly, the total amount $ sold for esh customer and the overall total $ for the week. Thanks again for helping me. Francoise

    Greetings Francoise.

    Thank you for your message.

You are able to create custom payment form using basic form elements like checkbox and form calculations.

You are able to assign values to the checkbox which will be used in a calculation if it is selected. To learn how to assign a value, please click here.

Then you can use the form calculation widget to calculate the final price. To learn more, please click here.

When having the total in your form, you will be able to use it in your report to see how much each customer spent.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to calculate the total weekly amount.

You can also create an Excel report, so you can add custom formulas to it. You can click here to see how to create an Excel report.

Please let us know if this will work for you.
