I am signed into the app on my iPad and it works fine. When trying to sign in on the web the system is not accepting my password. I have double an triple checked the password on my iPad and am sure it is right. Seems like a glitch, please help

Hello Jim - I have tried flushing the login attempts on your account. Please try clearing your browser's cache then login again using the same credentials.
If it still persists, I suggest resetting the password by following this guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password.
