How can my users can open the form without creating an account?

I am new to JotForm and have created my first form, a "Portable Storage Inquiry Form."  I have a couple of questions about emailing it to potential customers:

    - When I email the form to someone without an account, they are unable to just open the form.  They have to either open in the app (after getting the app) or sign in by creating an account or using a Facebook or Google. I would like them to just be able to open the form, complete and submit without an account or using their Facebook or Google account.  Is that possible?

    - When I email it, it goes to "junk."  How do I get that corrected?

    Thank you,

    Tracey McClain

As I check your JotForm, it seems to be loading normally using the form URL without logging into my JotForm account or prompting to create a new account. Were you able to fix the issue with the form? If you still experience any issue with the form, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.

When I email it, it goes to "junk."  How do I get that corrected?

Could you let us know how the form is being shared and the email being sent? This would help us in checking the issue and assist you further.

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

Thank you for your response.  It is still requiring an account be created, or for the person who receives the email to login using Google or Facebook, when I try to open the form on my phone.  However, if I open through my desktop, I go directly to the form and can fill it out.  I emailed the form to myself through the "quick share" in jotform.

When I go to my gmail on my phone and click on the email received from jotform, this is the message I receive:

How can we get this corrected?  I want to make sure people can use their computers or devices.

    Thank you,

I have checked your forms again and see that the invitation emails are being sent from the Quick Share section. Please note that the link in the invitation emails are assigned to the users and cannot access the forms without creating a JotForm account using the same email address.

Instead, you may consider sharing the form URL directly with the users in your emails are send an email from the Email section.

    Got it.  Thanks.

I am thinking about upgrading my plan as eventually I should have more submissions.  With the upgrade, will customers not have the "jotform" info at the bottom of the forms when they open them to fill out?

Yes. The branding on the forms shall be removed once the account is upgraded to a paid subscription plan.

    Thanks!
