Incorporating an interactive map to collect location information (longitude and latitude)

I am trying to collect longitude and latitude information and would like to insert a map for participants? Ideally, participants can pinpoint the location on the map visually and the form will automatically convert that location into latitude and longitude (coordinates). Is this possible using Jot Forms?

Yes, I have already checked out the map widgets and have tried to create a test form. Specifically, which widget(s) from that list are you recommending/ enables the location feature specified above?

I suggest the Location Coordinates widget if you want to collect the Longitude and Latitude.
