I am a provider - our reports require multiple signatures

How do set up the recipient emails or forms so that a non-jotform members can add multiple different signatures to the form.  (ex: such as with divorced families - mother, father, and provider)

This is not possible on JotForm HIPAA-enabled accounts. A form submission can be updated only from within your account, and from the submitter's account (if allowed).

On regular non-HIPAA accounts, this is possible to use emailed 'submission edit' links:
