do you archive forms

do you archive forms? I had a form
for another ride and added a person as a collaborator so she could clone
and modify for her ride...unfortunately she did not clone it so basically
wrote over everything I had done.

I assume that you need to revert your form back to an older version. I would suggest you to use the Revision History feature. You can check and follow this guide:

So, if your form is broken, you can just travel back to a time in which your form worked properly.
