How much are we paying for JotForm?

I believe that we have a Bronze level account but I cannot find that information on the site.  Can you tell me how much Einstein's Alley is paying for Jotform?

You will find the invoice for the last payment you made. 

If you are being charged, kindly provide the charge details so we can track this, unfortunately, we cannot find accounts with the company name or the owner's name.
