Does the PDF automatically pull the actual text from the form?

    1: When you created the PDF notification, did you manually enter the text, or does the PDF automatically pull the actual text from the form?
    The submitted data are automatically passed to PDF report.
    However, I modified the Covid Waiver Clone form and the changes I made did not migrate to the PDF. Please remember we have specific text in the form that needs to be contained in the PDF.

    Hi, if you change the text in your web form, you need to go to the PDF editor where it will ask you to proceed applying the change to the PDF report, example:

    If you don't apply the change it will not automatically update. Let us know if you need more help.

    Perfect! Thank you. We are ready to sign.

    We would like to begin slowly moving the forms and their data from Wufoo one at a time. To see how things we'll likely start with legacy forms that we no longer use but need the data archived. Is it possible to migrate them one at a time on our schedule?

    Hi,

    I applied edits (change of text and highlighted some text in red) on the form: https://form.jotform.com/flbr/volunteer-covid-waiver
    However, the submitter notification, and the company notification, PDF screens, do not ask me to recreate the PDF and do not show the most recent edits. What is the proper way to update the PDFs?

    We need help asap as we are ready to re-open our business and can not do so until our volunteers have completed these forms.

    Apparently, it’s an issue with Firefox. I just tried Chrome, and it works. I DID clear the FireFox cache. What’s up with that?

    Hi,

    I have tested a clone of your form with both chrome and firefox. I am unable to see any issues with either. Does the issue if you try using firefox on another device?
