Is there a way to recover photos we have deleted from recycle bin?

Is there any way to retrieve things that we have deleted from the recycle bin?

If you mean you would like to restore the uploaded files that you deleted via the Submissions page, unfortunately, it is no longer possible.

Note that when you remove a submission from the Submission page, it is being permanently deleted.
