I updated a survey earlier today. The changes are showing up when viewing the survey in Firefox. However, when you open the survey in Internet Explorer the changes are not showing up - even several hours later.

I checked your form in Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer but I could not find any differences.
Can you please share a screenshot of how it looks like on your FireFox as well Internet Explorer and kindly annotate or point out the differences, in case it is not so obvious.

You may also try clearing your browser cache on both browsers.

Thank you, Vanessa. I am including three images.
1.) This is what I see on the first screen at the bottom. The contact information for Alli is missing.
2.) This is what I should see at the first screen at the bottom. You will see that her contact information is there.
3.) In the updated version, the final screen should be a Signature one.
Oddly enough, when I click on the link it takes me to the version of the survey that is not updated. If I copy and paste the link into the web address bar on either Chrome or Explorer the updated version of the JotForm shows up.

I also checked and I am having trouble linking my account (ihcdacommunications@ihcda.in.gov) to the agency's account. It is showing that I am out of storage space (see below). I am not sure if that is the reason why the changes I am making to the JotForm are not publishing live.

I've cloned your form and tested it side by side to see if there's any difference, but I wasn't able to replicate it.

Try resetting your IE https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/17441/windows-internet-explorer-change-reset-settings and see if that helps.
