Website threat observed by TrendMicro

    I go to Jotform.com and select "login".  When I login to my account, trendmicro tells me that a threat was blocked.  I am attaching the export file of the threat.  This is consistent everytime I log in.  What is going on and how can we fix this?


    I can send you the webthreat.CSV file if you give me a way to do that.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I also checked the JotForm login page in Trend Micro site safety check website and the result shows it is safe.

    I get the jotform.com/login ok but once I login I get this message back from trend micro

    www.jotform.com/API/user/bounced?email=contact%40redeemerchristianchurch.com

    web threat blocked   phishing

    Our apologies for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    It seems that the link you are sharing with us is a URL that does not exist. When I click on the link it takes me to a blank page with a 404 error message. May we know where you have generated this URL from?

    Also, could you kindly share with us a screenshot of the unsafe report you are generating from TrendMicro? You can use this user guide to assist you in sharing screenshots with us: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    I have also run some tests on the /login page, the /myforms page, and also the link you shared with us and it seems to me that they all return a 'Safe' report.
