I want to email people a link to a form to complete -does the link have to be public?

    I don't really want people to find my form

    You can assign forms to users and manage the access settings to Public, Private or Company Access only.

    Hi Jed - thanks - this is not a form for company employees. - any other suggestions?  best, Jenni

    Hi Jenni,

    If you would like to send the form to a certain group of people, I suggest setting the form in Private mode, then send the form through an invite, please refer to my screencast below:

    So that the form can only be accessed through the link sent to the email recipients. If someone will try to access the form without the link invite, they will be prompt with this message:
