Pass conditional logic results through to pdf documents

Any update on feature request for conditional logic (show/hide) to be reflected on pdf documents. Saving different pdf documents for each option is horrible use of programming time. Programming is suppose to be used to automate and simplify (at least for the user) :-) 

Please expedite this request if possible.
