The Appointments are not yet disabled

i am still getting email for reservations for a certain time slot even after I set a limit, do the people signing up know that the slots are full?

You have set a limit that 93 people can register a time slot.

For example,

on June 13th-8AM  you have received 14 submissions so you are yet to receive 79 people's submissions

on June 13th-9AM  you have received 12 submissions so you are yet to receive 81 people's submissions.

Could you please let us know your requirement so that we could guide you. Do you want to disable your form once you receive 93 submissions on the form?

Hi,

I believe it should be possible to add a limit to each time slot on a date by using the gift registry widget.

You will first need to use a date picker or a selection field for the user to select the date, I used the date picker field. You will need to set the limits on which dates can be selected in the field as you can see below.

After that, you will need to use the quantity gift registry widget and to add the available times within the widget and you can add the number of places between the small brackets. You will need to use one widget for each date to specify the available timeslots, make sure to keep the widget hidden by default. 

Finally, you will need to set up conditions to show a suitable widget when the date is selected.
