Hello,
We have deleted all the files in the inbox and it still says it's over capacity and the forms don't work. Is it possible to have a look?

I have checked your form, and it looks like the files are still in the trash folder. To free the space, you need to empty them from the trash as well:
If the problem is not resolved after emptying the trash, please try to empty the form cache from the account settings:
