PDF file not being sent to my email

    I would love to upgrade my subscription because the product is great. My only problem is when i download a pdf file to save everything it is not being sent to my email.

    The share and download options on the PDF editor page will work with one submission only. If you would like to download the PDF report for all your submissions at the same time then you will need to follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
