Hi there. May I know if there's any means to retrieve the data from a disabled form? I urgently need to know the participant's input but the form was disabled when she submitted. Please help, many thanks.

Hi Suki,
Thank you for contacting Support.
You may still be able to retrieve the submissions of a disabled form.
You can go to your form > Submissions

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your prompt reply. But the participant late submitted the form, when she pressed ‘submit’, the page shows ‘disabled’. I think it’s because the form has been expired according to the time we set. For this case, is it possible to retrieve her submission? Do you have the data in your back end?
Thanks a lot.

Hi Suki,
Unfortunately, once a form is disabled, it won't be able to receive the submissions.
If a form has no submission, then we don't have a copy of the details on our end.
I hope this helps.
