Next button does not go to Next page when clicked on form

    Hi,

    The form I have created is refusing to go to the next page when I click on Next.

    Is there something I'm not doing or missing?

    Usually, you should see a warning message in case you missed filling out a required field when you click the next button. It is also highlighted as well so you can spot the error/s. 

    I just tried making a test submission to your form and was able to proceed to the Next page after filling out the required fields. Here's how it's shown on my end:

    Hi,

    I've made some changes that could have caused it to work.

    I had encryption on originally and uploading the QRCode was compulsory and that I have removed.

    Once of those two made it work again.

    But so far so good.

    I have requested to be approved for NPO pricing as well and submitted my NPO certificate.

    Not sure when they will get back to me around that.

    Is there a way how the person can download the PDF of the completed form once they submit or receiving it in a e-mail as a PDF?

    It's good to know that it's working fine now on your end. I can see that you have submitted your Non-Profit application today. Please allow us 24-48 hours for it to be reviewed.
