This is absolutely 100% unacceptable!!

    So I trust this company JotForm, to assist me in streamlining a business because that is what you guaranteed me would happen.  So I get a potential client and I tell her to go to this site and fill out the questionnaire. So she does but I never get it. So I send you guys multiple messages asking about this missing questionnaire and one person fills it out with gibberish and submits it and uses up one of my submissions. So all of this is documented in my Gmail account, I have screen shots, and now proof of how much money I would have made based on my potential clients budget. Well, she cancelled on me this morning and it was because of jotform and you not delivering with what you said you would. 

    So here's what needs to happen. This needs to be made right and made right immediately. I do not want to do this but my best friend is one of the best litigators in the state of Texas and I will pursue legal action if something isn't done. Thank you.

    I have referred to your previous ticket where you raised this issue and one of our colleagues tested your form to check if the form is functioning properly. It seems that the form submitted perfectly and also correctly recorded a form submission.

    Since we were unable to replicate this issue, few additional information was inquired which would be really helpful for us to investigate this issue.
