Hi, I am trying out your Weekly Appointment Planner for my music school's scheduling. Here is the scenario:
The school has 5 rooms. 3 teachers are using them between 9am-6pm from Mon to Fri for 45-min lesson.Room 1 - Room 2 - Room 3 - Room 4 - Room 5
9-10 (occupied,
Teacher B) etc
10-11 (available) etc
etc.
The form will be used by the school admin.
After looking at all the related templates you provide, none of them satisfy my requirements fully. I wonder if I can build one with the required feature using JotForm. Please advise.

Yes you are right, you can actually create your own from scratch.
You may check the following guides to help you get started:

Hi, thanks.
Re How-to-schedule-an-appointment, how to know if the slot is available or not?
-

When all the slots for the specified time is already taken, that time slot will be grayed out and will no longer be selectable by other users. You can make a test form to check out all the other features that the appointment slot offers.

Thanks. If I want to schedule class for different rooms, I can just do the following, right?
Room 1
[Appointment field 1]
Room 2
[Appointment field 2]
etc.

Yes, you are right. Then for each appointment field, make sure to check the properties and adjust it according to your needs.

Hi, I have one more question in relation to this issue. How to reschedule/cancel an appointment entered earlier? Is this possible with Jotform?
-
Vanessa_TReplied on June 19, 2020 at 11:17 PM
Yes that is possible, simply edit or delete the submission to free up the previously selected slot.

Hi, I have another question. Does 'Spreadsheet to Form Widget' work with 'Appointment Field'? FYI, I am exploring the possibility of using 'Appointment' for different school branches that keep different scheduling.
Thanks

The "Spreadsheet to Form" Widget pre-populates your form fields from an uploaded spreadsheet values.
Are you referring to do that on the Appointment field?
If so, please note that, unfortunately, this is not possible. Appointment field time slots can not be pre-populated that way.

Since your last question is not related to the original query, I have moved it to a separate ticket and will answer you there shortly:
