Need help to add it to the reminder emails.

I can add the jot form to my website but need help to add it to the reminder emails for my clients

Are you referring to Jotform's email reminder feature https://www.jotform.com/help/541-How-to-Set-Reminder-Emails-for-Your-Forms?

You don't need to add your form link as the reminder email will already include the link for your client to click.

If you are referring to something else, please clarify.
