Why have my forms disappeared?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have checked the account associated with your email address and found 3 forms, may you check and confirm if these are the forms you were working on? 

    If the problem persists, kindly retrieve the form URL from your browser history, if it's about changes you've made on your form, you may also check the revision history on your form and see if the changes are saved there, then restore the form to that version, this guide will help you to do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

    Hi Kevin,
    Quick question when I connect PayPal to my forms will it automatically connect Visa and Mastercard too or do I have to do that separately?
