Square: Why isn't allowing middle initial in the name field?

    Hello I had two incidents that happened recently. One of my customer is trying to make a payment but his card got denied because there is no middle initial listed on there. How do I fix that?

     

    Second, for some reason all the pictures I had input for the product disappeared. Is there a reason this happened? however they came back after a day later....

    I have checked your form and the payment field is set to test mode, first off, I would recommend you to switch to live mode in order to process live payments:

    Also, the middle initial or name is not required, the user may enter only first and last name. Now, if you're getting a specific error, please share us a screenshot about it, so we can investigate this further, since attachments via email replies are not supported on this system, you may upload your images following this guide: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
