Appointment Widget Form/Calendar Sync?

I'm loving the idea of the appointment widget.

But is there a way to make it sync across forms or a central calendar.

Ideally, a central calendar so the widget can check availability (but form sync would be O.K for now).

Example:

A client books a call on my "Website Enquiry" form for 3pm Thursday.

I now need to prevent other clients from booking my time on my "PPC Enquiry" form (and other appointments if using central calendar).

To clarify, do you want to sync the appointment slot with your date picker field on another form?

Currently, it is not possible but we can forward a feature request to our developers.

Can you please share more information on how would you like this feature to work with the appointment slot and date picker field or are your referring to another calendar widget?

No not exactly. I’m referring to the new appointment widget, not calendar or date picker.

Let’ say I have 2 forms embedded on my website. Both forms use the appointment widget.

If a clients books a time and date on 1 form, I need to ensure that time is blocked out on both forms to prevent the possibility of double-bookings.

Ideally I’d do this with a central calendar (e.g. Google Calendar) so that any“busy” periods would not be available as an appointment. 

But if that’s not possible then just preventing double-bookings as explained would suffice.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to sync the appointment slots data in your forms.

Each appointment slot has its own data.

We do have an integration on Google Calendar however, we cannot get the data from the Google calendar into our appointment slot. Currently, we can only assign events in the Google Calendar.
