Forms are not working

Hello My forms are not working and the links are not working either when added.

When trying to submit it shows a error code every time and will not accept the form 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have cleared the form cache. Could you please check your forms now. I am unable to replicate any issue with the forms when I have opened the direct links of the form

May we know what error are you getting while submitting the form?
