Is it possible to collect SSN and driver's license info?

I see that your terms of service prohibit collection of SSN and Drivers License info.  We require these items for all clients of our law firm.  

Is there anything we can do to provide verification of our use so that our account can be reinstated?

Any other suggestions are welcome so that we can use your service.  We intend to upgrade to a paid plan, but we will need to work through this issue.

Hi Trey - You can collect SSN and Driver license information if you add these two widgets to your form.

1.) Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

2.) Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
