Hi there -
We need to give another user at our organization access to Jotform so we don't have to share passwords. I can't imagine that means we have to swtich to Enterprise, which seems like massive overkill.
Please let me know

To clarify, do you want a user to edit your form or also view submission data?
If you want your form to be edited, you may assign a user to be a collaborator.
For more information, you can check this link https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration
However, if you want your user to be able to view your submission data, this is only possible for sub-users in which is only available through enterprise plan.
If you have further questions , let us know.
