Hello. The submit form button on one of my forms is not working. After I click on it, it says "please wait" and nothing else. I have this issue both in JotForm's preview mode and on my website where it is embedded. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Can you please try embedding the form using the iFrame code and let us know if the issue still remains?

Hello. We updated our website to the iFrame code but I still have the same problem. This problem occurs in JotForm too, so I don’t believe the embed was the problem.

    what do you think?

Hello! I was able to replicate this problem on a cloned version of your form. I further noticed that there is some issue with your upload field. This can sometime happen due to a temporary glitch.

On my cloned form, I was able to fix this problem by removing the upload field and then re-installing it back.

I noticed that you have 0 submissions for this form right now, so you can remove this upload field and then re-insert it. It should solve your problem.

BTW, as you're collecting Driver License information on your form, you are required to install two required widgets on your form to avoid account suspension and data loss:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms widget) for your users to read and agree.
    2. Add the Signature widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

I'll recommend you to install both of these widgets at the earliest.

If you have any questions for us, feel free to ask.

Hello, a new issue with this fix appeared. Please check my website. The bottom of the form is cut off, even if I removed items on it.

Since the issue was with the upload file element, and not the embed, should I replace the embed with the original?

You can change the iFrame height to 3000px which will show the form in full on the web page.

I have made that change to your embedded form.

Please check and let us know.
