Hi there,
As of right now, you have to assign each form individually to a user. Is there a way, or could there be a way in the future to have an option to have a user and then select which forms (from a list) they are assigned?
Thanks,

Hi,
There is the option to upload a CSV file with the list of names you would like to assign the form to.
Please take a look at this guide for further information:

Hey there - yes I know that you can assign a form to multiple people. I just was asking for in the future if there would be a way to (essentially do the opposite) assign a person multiple forms. Does that make sense?
So right now we're assigning forms one by one to an entire CSV of company employees. And then if that employee leaves or quits, we have to go into each form individually and revoke.
Ideally there would be a way to assign a forms to a user versus assigning a user to a form.

Hi,
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible, but I have raised a feature request to our developers to take it into account. Keep in mind that whether the feature gets implemented depends on the availability of the developer's team and the number of requests. You will be notified on this ticket if the feature gets implemented.
