Is there a way to use your forms if we don't have a website?

I'm keen to create a bunch of forms for our customers (order forms, registrations, etc) but we don't have a website. Do you have any solutions for this? Do we have to have a secure website to link to your forms from to keep everything safe and secure, or would even something basic do? Our clients submit information that is both financially sensitive and falls under HIPAA, so we want to be sure everything is as secure as possible.

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can still use JotForm even if you don't have a website. You just need to provide the direct link of the form to your customers. Please see the attached screenshot for your guide:

Here's a guide on how you can view the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

In addition, you can make use of the custom URL on your form, please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

As per your data security, you can check our Security page for more related information: https://www.jotform.com/security/

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
