Make my form HIPAA compliant

When I first designed my online registration form it was a free account.  We upgraded to silver but I can't see how to make it compliant now.  Can you please help me with this?

Thank you for contacting our support team.

Please note that when you upgrade to the Silver subscription you will need to manually enable HIPAA compliance as it is not automatic. Once HIPAA is enabled, all of your forms will be protected.
