Why am I not able to share my form?

I created and tried sharing a form.  It says mail sent but it is not received by me or the other recepient.

Did you use our Share on Email feature?

If no, please try to use this method. It is a straightforward way to send an email to your users and include the Form URL in it. You can check and follow this walkthrough:
