Hi there,
I've set up a form and the submission response notification to the client and to myself are duplicated. We're both receiving the initial email immediately, but then long after the same email gets sent again.
Any ideas as to what is happening? Not sure if my email settings are correct. I didn't see anything that would cause it send the same email multiple times.

We apologize for inconvenience. Can you please check also if there are duplicate submissions on the form Submissions page.
Form submissions trigger the emails, so if there is duplicate submission, it will trigger the email also.
Guide: How to View Form Submissions
I checked your form and I noted that Send on Edit is enabled. Editing the form submission and submitting will trigger again the email of the form when Send on Edit is enabled.
