Can you please give me some further information on the Storage plan

I am just about to downgrade from BRONZE, and during this process I was offered a $5 per month offer which gives me additional data space. Can I please have some further information about this please (I can no longer find it).

I assume you are referring to our Storage plan.

The Storage plan is only offered to users who are in Free/Starter plan but has exceeded their total submission storage. Basically it is just the same as the Free plan with unlimited total submission storage.

As per checking, you only have 23 submissions currently stored on your account, as such, I am uncertain if this will be of any difference when your account goes back to the Free/Starter plan by next month.

Just checking this applies to submissions rather than upload space correct

If I understood correctly the 100MB space you are referring to is the upload space limit. If you are referring to something else please provide a screenshot so we can assist accordingly.
