Wordpress Embedded Jotform says "Please Wait" once Submitted

Hello - I have spent way too much time trying to sort this out!  I followed the instructions exactly for embedding my jotform into wordpress.com. I copied the code provided for the wordpress platform into wordpress, and the form appears.

When I click 'submit' it gets hung up on "please wait." Wordpress help tried to work with me to resolve it but gave up saying to contact jotform. I see other people have had this problem but I don't understand how to get around it. Please help.

The issue may be related to the form URL used on your current embed code, I would recommend you to replace it with the iFrame code provided by the "Publish" wizard, this guide will help you to get it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
