I'm no longer receiving emails

    I no longer get emails when someone fills out a Jotform from my website???  This just started happening.  I've checked every setting I can find and it seems like I should be getting them.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have been checking your account email history and it seems like the emails were sent successfully, I also checked your email address and it's not in our bounce list either. May you please check your spam/junk folder and see if the emails ended up there? 

    You may also change the sender email address, this can be done from the email settings, under the advanced tab.
