Hide/Show Conditional Logic not working for Submit page

    After clicking Next, I get a blank screen.

    I am trying to get the form to do something like this:

    If option 1 is selected, you get questions 2-3 + submit page. If option 2 is selected, you get questions 2-5 + submit page. 


    How would I do that?

    You can make use of the SKIP TO A PAGE and ENABLE / REQUIRE FIELD conditions.
