I am not authorized to sign a BAA on behalf of my company.  Can your signed file be sent to me so I can have the appropriate party sign on my end?

I have a HIPAA level subscription and just need to turn on the encryption settings.

    thanks,

    Lindsay

Hi Lindsay! Only the account owner can sign the BAA agreement and the procedure is that once the details on BAA has been provided by you, we review it and on completion, we email you the signed BAA.

JotForm agreement needs to be with the company itself; if you're not authorized to sign BAA on behalf of your company then you'll need to create a new account for this purpose or change this account's email address and profile details to that of your company; so that someone from your company could complete the HIPAA wizard.

Here is the complete procedure to upgrade an account to HIPAA compliance: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

I hope this answers your queries. If you have any further questions, let us know.
