Where do i go to see the SMTP is working? We see the list of sender email addresses in JOTFORM, but where do we see if the email actually arrived?
We are trying to change the SMTP info to point to the new Exchange Server. Where do i enter the Default SMTP info?
The REFLEXION is not valid anymore. We need to connect to mail.wmshirley.com and use the DOMAIN User login name and password.
Nothing is working.

You may delete the old SMTP details and add a new one in your settings page:
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
You may check the email logs in your profile to see if notifications were sent:
https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-HistoryPlease check if you are entering a valid password while saving the new SMTP details.
