Hey team,
My upload space is almost in excess of 100MB (without having many forms saved). I deleted a whole heap of them, but it barely brought the upload space amount down at all.
Help please.
Thanks,
Richard -

Please note that the upload space is limited to 100MB for free plan and this space is used to store the files uploaded to your form submissions. As we check your account, it is currently occupied with 122MB of storage space. In order to clear the storage space, it is required to delete the submissions that are uploaded with files. Since you have already upgraded to Bronze plan, the account storage space is also upgraded to 10GB and good in standing.
If you need any further help, please let us know We will be happy to help..

It just seems really odd with storage that I went from having over 80 forms stored at less than 100MB, and then all of a sudden when I have less than 40 forms stored it jumps up to 122MB of storage space. Can you please talk me through this a bit.
In fact my used upload space usage increased after deleting them...
Thanks -

I believe you're referring to submissions when you say "80 forms".
I checked your account and can see that submissions with upload keep coming. Some of the photos uploaded are at 3mb each. This might be the reason why your upload space usage is now 122mb.
You can check the files of each upload when you download them on your computer.
