Show "n/a" for empty fields in non-default email notifications.

I've selected 'hide empty fields' options in both the autoresponder and and notification areas but when I receive the email, fields that are empty continue to appear.  In both notifications, I've copied an HTML email design that's personalized for the client.  Does that have an impact on the 'hide empty fields' option?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your message.

When Hide Empty Fields option is enabled, you should use the default data table in your email notification and autoresponder email for the "Hide Empty Fields" feature to work.

You may refer to our How to Hide Empty Fields on Email Alerts guide for more related information.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Okay, I understand that. Is it possible to automatically add a "n/a" to the fields that are blank, so that when a person receives their responses it's obvious that they didn't intentionally miss filling in that information.

Unfortunately, there is no way to add a value on fields that were left empty by the user. I'll submit a feature request to our back-end team. If it gets implemented in the future, you will be notified here.
