Save form and continue later by another person?

Hello, before I create a new form, I was wondering if it was possible to set up a form so that it can be saved by Parent A, sent to the Staff who needs to receive it and also allows the Staff to continue the same form.

We're trying to figure out a way for parents to do a pre-health screening online in advance to dropping their child off for camp.

Parents would have to answer X amount of questions, then there's a staff only section that needs to be completed.

We're trying to keep it all contactless, and paperless.

Based on your workflow, you should:

1. First, create an email notification then- this notification will be sent to your staff to inform them that they can continue filling up the form.

2. On the email notification include the Edit Link, which will be accessed by your staff to continue filling up the form: How-to-Change-the-Text-of-the-Edit-Link-in-Your-Email-Alerts

3. Create a condition to send the email notification to the staff based on the parent's answer: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
