Every time I try to download the forms I get error 404 when it loads the website to download them

I’ve run into another problem, every time I try to download the forms I get error 404 when it loads the website to download them. What’s with that?

Do you mean when downloading files? Kindly provide a screenshot if possible. 

If you want to download the files without logging in to your JotForm account, you have to uncheck the following option in your account settings.

Tweaking that setting worked, thank you for your help.
