Is there a way or an option in the setting where I can change or edit to make sure that autoresponder email will appear on the inbox and not spam folder?

Unfortunately, there is no solution that guarantees that Autoresponder email will not end in the Spam folder. You can try to update the sender email from noreply@jotform.com to noreply@formresponse.com. You can update this from Autoresponder settings:
Then you need to go to Advanced tab:
Additionally, you can create an SMTP, and use that for sending emails. To learn how to do this, please click here.
