Notification email - PDF attachment showing hidden form fields

Hi there,

Been battling with this one. My notification email body / template has all the correct fields but my PDF attachment to the email still shows all the form fields that I want hidden.

How do you fix this? Is it in PDF editor or something? Need to be pointed in the right direction here.

That's right, you should be able to remove any fields from your PDF notification using the PDF editor.

Also, if what you're trying to do is hiding the fields on the PDF report conditionally, you may try creating separate PDF documents for each case, and attaching them to different email notifications that are triggered based on the conditions.

Input fields can only be hidden conditionally in the PDF report if they're not filled, based on the option set in the PDF editor:
