Hi we reached our payment limit of 10 but had more orders placed before we could upgrade.
Will the payments still go through From those orders or do we need to chase our orders for payment now? -

Hi there - Thanks for reaching out.
Once you reach the Payment limit on your account, your forms will be disabled so your customers won't be able to submit/pay through your form.
I can see that you're already upgraded to the Bronze plan. You may ask them to revisit your form to fill out again and pay.
