Outlook is still placing jotform submission emails into quarantine

    Hi,

    I have had my network admin whitelist everything in this list however Outlook is still placing jotform submission emails into quarantine...

    Can you please assist?

    I checked some of your forms and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipients listed in the notification. The emails are also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.

    Do you have SMTP? You can use that instead of a verified sender email. Or, try to use jotform default email sender and see if that will work as expected.

    You can also contact Outlook support and ask them why they are sending emails from Jotform to quarantine.
