How to open the form link without login to the JotForm account?

Hi there,

i have created a from i wan to send to customers - i was able to send the link for forms, but now it is asking customers to create an account.

Is there any reason for this, as it will mean customes will be less likley to fill out a survey

So normally when you share a link to your form to any person, they won't be required to create an account on Jotform. 

if it's happening maybe it means that your form is on "private mode". You should check the settings on your form.

You may share the direct URL of the form via your email address as assigning the forms would make people signup/login to their JotForm account.
