Our emails that are triggered are not being delivered

    The last few submissions are not being delivered to us via email anymore? Im intrested in this product, but need to figure out whats the problem before we put resources into it.

    Have you tried checking your spam/junk folder, where it might have landed there? Kindly check the article below for additional information.

    Hi, Yes.. I Did read through it. It works for my email but not another email our business owns.

    Does the email need to be associated with the account?

    In this case, I can see that your email domain is related to Google Apps, could you please ask to your email admin to whitelist the Jotform IP´s and domains, guide: Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains.
